I help people and organistions to train their minds to maximise performance and live purpose-driven and impactful lives.

As a mindful leadership advisor & transformative coach, I work at the intersection of high performance, peak wellbeing and impact. My first book The Authority Guide To Mindful Leadership was published in April 2017 and offers techniques for managing yourself, others and effect positive change. As the host of The Explorer`s Mind Podcast, I interview people who have gone into uncharted grounds and followed impossible dreams. In addition to that I am trained in a variety of cutting-edge energy healing techniques. My meditations are featured on two of the most popular meditation apps globally Meditation Studio and Insight Timer and I am an ambassador for the immersive meditation device MUSE

As a transformational executive coach, my approach is holistic. I offer meditation and mindfulness as a way to hack your neurobiology and increase self-awareness, which is the first step to self-mastery. My aim is to empower my clients to leave their comfort zone and create the lives they desire - enabling them to live with increased authenthicity, impact, presence, compassion, inner peace, gratitude and love for life. I teach with passion, sensitivity and insight, gained from years of personal practice and professional training. My clients include CEOs, creatives, philanthropists, royalty, global multinationals and start-ups.

I am also having expert residencies with The Conduit,  The One & Only Reethi Rah, Chiva-Som and Amanpuri

Feeling strongly about giving back, I have been volunteering with charities like Mind and St.Joseph´s Hospice and have offered pro bono support to organisations like The Klosters Forum, LSE Generate, IIED, The British Fashion Council and Positive Planet UK. My volunteering work at St Joseph´s Hospice gives me a unique perspective on living life right NOW with a sense of urgency and meaning.

As I care deeply about the transformational power of coaching and mindfulness practice, I feel grateful to be frequently asked to speak about mindfulness in the workplace and mindful living at companies and organisations like CNN, PWC, The London School of Economics, Facebook and Heidrick & Struggles. My work has been featured in lifestyle, wellbeing and business publications such as The Guardian, The Sunday Times Style, HR Magazine and The Evening Standard.

ENOUGH ABOUT ME - I would love to hear more about You and why YOU are here.

Before making my passion my profession in 2014, I was trained as a lawyer, spent some time in strategy consulting and worked ten years as a board-level executive search consultant (Principal level) with two of the world’s leading executive search firms Heidrick & Struggles and Korn/Ferry International in Europe and Asia.
I have over a fifteen years worth of experience in advising and coaching top CEO´s, boards and investors on senior leadership and people issues.

"On a personal level, the practice has given me more than I could have ever bargained for. While I was always quite a happy and optimistic person, there used to be a small background anxiety of something missing, of not being enough. It is through the dedicated practice of meditation and the methods from positive psychology that today the background anxiety is gone and replaced by a sense of fundamental wholeness, an inner peace that is always there in the foreground or at least the background, no matter what happens. It is a deep knowing and felt experience of our interconectedness."

I was initially introduced to yoga when I was 18 years old and deepened my meditation and mindfulness practice while living in Asia. Mindfulness helped me to remain calm, focused and happy while juggling a demanding and hectic global 24/7 schedule as a board-level headhunter.

This inspired me to create a business that combines coaching and meditative wisdom and techniques to empower CEOs, founders, emerging leaders and high potentials to get out of their comfort zone, take on extraordinary challenges and access their full potential even or particularly when under pressure. As a result I embarked on a 2 year part-time BWY certified yoga and meditation teacher training (at Triyoga, the UK’s leading Teacher Training programme) while still working full-time as a junior partner in a global executive search firm. I subsequently also qualified as a certified Mindfulness-based Awareness Coach (recognised by the Association for Coaching) and Mindfulness-based Interventions Teacher (MITT) after Jon Kabat-Zinn (recognised by the UK Mindfulness Teacher Trainer Network). I also attended courses in positive psychology, the science of happiness and neuroscience. In addition I took part in a 6 months global research project into fundamental wellbeing and peak states (Sofia University). After meditating for several years, I discovered an innate healing ability and subsequently took trainings in cutting-edge energy transmission techniques, trained in Vortex Healing, as a Reiki practitioner (Reiki Academy London) and as a practitioner in Sound Medicine - Quantum Alchemy Crystal Bowls (with Yantara Jiro). Over the past 7 years I have introduced meditation to start-ups, global multinationals, creative businesses and governmental organisations. In addition I have used mindfulness and meditation to help C-Suite individuals, high-net-worth individuals, philanthropsist, royalty, busy professionals, investors and start-up founders to access more of their potential, build resilience and creative genius.

"Meditation is for me like coming home and resting in the ground of being over and over again. It is no longer just a practice, but has become an embodied way of being."
